コロナ前から行けてなかった琵琶湖にオーナーばりのロケで出動。数年前とは別のような湖になっていたので、一からやり直し状態でスタート。
始めの数時間はアイドリングで地形やカバーを調べながらオーソドックスな釣りをしていても釣れない。
バイトも一切なし状態が続いたので、思い切って最近のガンターズビルで見つけた釣り方を試してみたら。。。
ドーンと交通事故にでもあったようなバイトが発生！
でもバスにしては重すぎない？と思っていたら、いきなり空中ジャンプ！
全然寄ってこない強烈なファイトに時間を掛けて、ようやくリッピングできる瞬間、吠えそうになりました！
なんと６５ｃｍオーバーの巨大バス！
やっぱり琵琶湖とガンターズビル湖が似ている為、釣り方も同じアプローチができる事がわかりました！
それにしても、メッチャ嬉しい一発😭
I just went to lake Biwa in Japan where the tied World Record bass has been caught several years ago.
I hadn't been there for several years as Covid19 hit the world.
So I had to relearn the lake by graphing the structures and covers.
I didn't even have a bite in the first few hours so I decided to try my new proto type bait that I developed through fishing lake Guntersville and Japan.
After making several casts, I felt a train-wrecked bite and set the hook. But it kinda felt too stiff like hooking on boulder.
I took a while to fight with fish and finally the body showed up and I just wowed!
It was a over 10 pounder gozilla bass!
Developing the baits in extreme hard conditioned lakes in Japan made me work harder to come up with new idea, but I was relieved by the outcome of this trip on lake Biwa😊
I just love bass fishing everywhere in the world!
